What is Eyesistant's pricing structure?
Eyesistant is sold on a per location basis. Annual support and upgrade packages are available but not required. For a quote, please contact one of our account managers at info@eyesistant.com.
What is included with the purchase of Eyesistant?
Every Eyesistant purchase includes an unlimited number of computer licenses per location. Also included is training and six months of unlimited support and software upgrades.
Is data conversion available?
Data conversion is available for an additional fee. The cost of data conversion is based on the complexity of the software being converted. For a quote, please contact one of our account managers at info@eyesistant.com
What are Eyesistant's support hours?
Eyesistant offers real time support from 8:00am to 8:00pm (ET) Monday to Friday. Support calls are responded to within 4 hours of placement until 8:00pm (ET) on Saturdays. Eyesistant does not currently offer support on Sundays.
How is Eyesistant training delivered?
Eyesistant training is delivered online and over the phone. Typically, training can be delivered in a day thanks to Eyesistant's easy to use interface. On-site training options are also available on a cost recovery basis. Additional free training and support is available for you and your staff for six months after purchase.
How often are updates released?
Eyesistant delivers software upgrades every quarter.
What are Eyesistant's system requirements?
PC's using Microsoft's Windows XP or Vista Operating Systems are required to run Eyesistant. A PC capable of running Windows XP will meet the minimum hardware requirements of Eyesistant.
What technology platforms is Eyesistant built on?
Eyesistant uses a MySQL database and is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic.
How many computers can Eyesistant network?
Eyesistant supports an unlimited number of networked computer terminals per store location.
